It's always been essential to have a plan in place before moving forward with any new endeavor.

Just like new businesses create business plans.

When working on Mental, spiritual, or physical goals, there should also be a plan involved.

Have you taken the time to determine what the best version of you looks like, feels like, and acts like?

How can you create a plan to see that the best version is fulfilled?

Once you determine what your breast version looks like

It's best to create a simple plan for what you can implement to start in the right direction on your self-love journey to achieve a fulfilled you.

  • Keep it simple. This doesn't need to be an elaborate plan or change initially. It can be as simple as 5 minutes of journaling, breathwork, or sitting quietly. You can ease into this.

    Something that will not be a significant change initially, so you can commit yourself and build on that.

  • Try to start with something you incorporate into an existing routine. For example, maybe you already do physical activity daily, and you can set an intention to be more mindful during your daily tasks just to start building awareness. Then, build on this and begin to incorporate new activities or longer time frames.

Keeping it simple will allow you to move beyond the self-imposed walls we often face when incorporating new things. Often, when there is no plan in place, it is easy to give up because when stress hits, goals can become blurry.

Every individual has to determine what their best plan is for them. I don’t recommend you follow what works for another as this may not be what works for you. Take the time to invest in yourself to figure out what would work best for you.

 In taking time to retreat and recharge, we often get the clarity needed to determine what our next steps will be or should be.

As with physical exercise, you can go hard and not feel like you see much progress, but when you take an opportunity to rest, the gains have an opportunity to shine through.

Personal growth can be similar while on your self-love journey.

Rest is also needed to maintain growth.

Often, during these quiet times, you'll receive the most profound insights about yourself and the clarity to see your progress.

Meditation allows you to connect with your heart space.

The most authentic version of yourself often resides in this space. Not the version that was crafted based on the outside circumstances.

Many of the answers to the barriers that arise in life can be answered from within if you allow yourself the space and openness to explore your needs in depth.

Meditation and self-reflection are powerful catalysts on our self-love journey if we allow them to be

Working hard without rest and recuperation can be detrimental to our progress in self-growth and development.

Ensure that when you are crafting your plan, you incorporate your downtime!


Here are a couple of very simple examples of what downtime could look like just to give you some ideas:

·      5 minutes of intentional contemplation

·      5 minutes of mindfulness

·      5 minutes of gratitude

·      5 minutes of meditation

·      5 minutes of quiet time

·      5 minutes of breathwork

·      5 minutes of just being

It can be as simple as it sounds; don't overcomplicate the process.

Whatever this looks like for you.

Commit to it; it's for your betterment.

You deserve your love, time, effort, and commitment just as much as anyone else.

Use the resting space to craft your plan based on what you want and your end goal thoughtfully and mindfully from a place of love.

Just throwing it together will eventually lead to frustration.

Find quiet solace, listen to your heart's needs and desires from a place of love and light, and then craft your plan.


Trusting Yourself: Building Confidence and Inner Strength

When in that place of rest, determine your best self and trust what comes up.

One of my favorite analogies is fear, and anxiety is loud, while your intuition is the subtle voice within.

I've learned that if I'm very stressed about something, it's best to take a step back and refrain from any action.

Once I am calm, I can determine what is real and what is fear speaking.

The insights that often come to you while in this quiet solace reflect a part of the true you.

As you embark on your self-love journey, these insights will lead you to your best self.

You will learn to develop trust in your internal feedback system and craft your dreams and goals based on the authentic you from within.

The you that predates any programs implemented based on the external surroundings you've been molded by.

Focus on what brings you inspiration and warm, positive feelings.

These insights will assist in nurturing you to wholeness within.

This piece of you yearns to be expressed through your love, power, and will into the world.

This is how you begin filling your cup so you can overflow into the world with your loving kindness for the highest and greatest good of yourself and others.

Support yourself through this time of growth. Trust yourself, and don't second guess your intuition.

Relax and trust your process.

Make a plan that works for you.
